You start with 10 hitpoints. Food heals you; health does not refill on its own. Doors open with E. The Al Kharid and Goblin Village mines go underground. Fish the river with a net or a rod. Other signed-in players share this world. You need a pickaxe to mine, an axe to chop, and a tinderbox to light fires. Dying sends you back to Lumbridge, and your items wait in a gravestone for 5 minutes.
